At 6:00 am today, Tuesday, the ambulance was called to take Max Pool to Harris Hospital in Fort Worth. We suspect that Max had a stroke. His speech was quite slurred and he was very dizzy. He was quite alert and waved to us as he left for the ambulance. Please pray for him and Carol. Carol’s cell: 817-688-9992.
My surgery has been moved UP an hour to 1:30 PM. It is out-patient and I should be feeling like a brand new man this afternoon. AMEN! Cynthia is praying.
How comforting, in or out of crisis, to KNOW in whom you have believed when you are persuaded that He is able to keep that which is committed unto Him. Praise His holy name.

Pastor, Mrs. Duffett. Mr. and Mrs. Poole,
ReplyDeleteYou are continually in our prayers.
Love in Christ,
The Willford Family
My Dear Brother Doug and Sister Cindy,
ReplyDeleteGod's hand is upon you; and, He is still on the throne. Praise God! I thank the Lord for you and pray for your recovery. I, too, had a TIA stroke last week and like you, need a new hip. But, we can rejoice, knowing we are in Christ. I thank the Lord for both of you and your faithfulness.
Keep looking up!!! Your Brother, Don White
Who is in charge of your life anyway? Sound familiar? Gordon Chapel. God bless him.
ReplyDeleteGod is faithful. God loves you. It doesn't get any better than that.
Faith Bible Institute classes start up next week. I can't wait. I've never felt closer to God than being in those classes and doing the homework.
Thank you, Pastor, for all you have done and all you do.
Mrs. Barbara Frone :)
